Improve Your Posture:
It may seem obvious but bad posture is among the most common causes of back pain. That said, the majority of us don’t understand what good posture is or how to fix bad posture. Over time poor posture creates an increasing amount of pressure on your spine which can lead to persistent aches and pains.
The trick is to attempt to not stay in precisely the same position for a long time. Whether you’re sitting in a chair at home or in your desk at the office, it is important to keep repositioning yourself, taking regular breaks and going around to stop your back becoming stiff.
Attempt to keep moving as you can so that muscles do not stressed and you adopt unnatural postures for a very long time as a result of pain.
