By posting on our sites, you agree to all the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contributor grants Future Sharks the exclusive, irrevocable, non-expiring, perpetual, worldwide right to the posts created by Contributor to publish, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network, or anywhere else Future Sharks shall choose in the future.<\/li><li>Contributor grants Future Sharks the right to use Contributor&#8217;s name, likeness, information about Contributor or Interviewee, photos, and the logo of Contributor\u2019s website, if applicable, in connection with the Posts.<\/li><li>Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original, not published elsewhere; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue or false statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common-law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and\/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy. <\/li><li>Contributor agrees and understands that a violation of any of the rules may constitute a termination of the contributor\u2019s account, as well as the deletion of the infringing posts (or the entire account) without any right to a refund or remedy. Future Sharks may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party.<\/li><li>Contributor agrees to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against Future Sharks from the publication of the Posts. You agree to reveal to Future Sharks any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts.<\/li><li>Contributor grants Future Sharks the right to edit the content, disclaimers, images, and\/or advertisements on any post or page at any point for any reason. <\/li><li>Future Sharks reserves the right to remove or edit from The Sites any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by Future Sharks. Contributor shall have no refund under any circumstance (even in the case of post deletion), all sales are final. <\/li><li>Future Sharks makes no warranty that the posts will remain live or crawlable for any length of time. Future Sharks may cease to exist, get acquired or deleted. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Website disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The information provided by Future Sharks LLC (\u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d) is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Sites is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site.
