High-heeled heels, heels, and stilettos might be fashionable but can push your lower spine, back, and hips from alignment. This may result in muscle overuse and back pain. Even shoes with block or platform heels could be bad for your spine as time passes.
If you’re not willing to part with your shoes, try to avoid wearing them for long periods of time. You could also select lower heels, avoid pointy toed-shoes that divides the feet into an embarrassing place, and use cushioned or gel inserts to decrease the influence on your buttocks and backbone.
